Recent Additions to The Terminal in the Strip District

In 2020, The Strip District Terminal began adding a new line of shops, restaurants, and more to the walkable belt of businesses in the Strip District. Now, four years later, The Terminal is home to over 20 places to explore — and will continue to grow its tenets in the coming years. Check out what stores and restaurants are currently available and what’s still to come from this one-stop shopping center.

Balvanera

This Argentine-style brasserie recently opened up their dinner reservations. Representing the lifestyle of Buenos Aires-porteña fare, incredible South American wines, craft cocktails, and a vibrant social energy, Balvanera nods to its European roots.

Mayweather Boxing and Fitness

For those looking for a high-intensity fitness experience, this gym is for you. Hop on the health trend before New Year’s with a combination of boxing and strength and cardio conditioning intervals. You’ll leave feeling great since it’s all curated by Mayweather himself.

City Winery

Sit back, relax, and enjoy a show at the City Winery while sipping on their special assortment of wines. From concerts to drag shows and even national acts, you never know what you’ll find at this gorgeously built winery. Don’t forget to try their Truffle Fries or Sliders to accompany your glass of wine.

Walk Run Lift Studio

At Walk Run Lift Studio you’ll go through full-body circuit, training-style workouts to burn a multitude of calories. These workouts are going to use your whole body so you’ll be walking, running, and lifting to meet your fitness goals.

Sandbox VR

Enter the virtual reality gaming world with full-body motion capture and high-quality haptics. Transport yourself into the future, try your luck in Netflix’s Squid Game, or sail the seas as a pirate; nothing is off-limits here. Plus, all the games are designed to be social experiences with the help of friends.

OnPar Now

All skill levels of golfers are welcome to this practice and training facility, perfect to help you master the sport of golf. The facility features Pittsburgh’s only indoor sand trap and four quality simulators. Bring some friends and play an 18-hole game from courses around the world.

StretchLab

Need some help feeling good? At StretchLab, professionals assist in stretching sessions to customers across a broad range of age and fitness levels. Watch your flexibility broaden and your body relax as you stretch out all those tense muscles.

Aslin Beer Company

While this craft brewery started in Virginia, it has quickly made its way into Pittsburgh’s heart. This location focuses on new techniques, processes, and ingredients to create unique types of IPAs, sours, stouts, and lagers. The shop also has fresh cans of beer available for curbside pickup.

Solidcore

Pilates might make you a little sore after but the results are far worth the bit of pain. Check out Solidcore’s 50-minute high intensity, low impact resistance training workouts that target your core, lower, and upper body. With small class sizes, you get the help and attention you need in a supportive setting.

Posman Books

This independent bookstore carries all the latest trends in the literary world, stationary, kids toys, and so much more. Stop in to find your new favorite book. Plus when you’re done browsing you can grab a cone from OddFellows Ice Cream Co. inside the bookshop.

Envy Nail Spa

Why not treat yourself to a mani-pedi as you explore The Terminal? At Envy Nail Spa, they’re ready to treat your cuticle beds with the upmost care so you walk out with a design you love. Get a Deluxe Pedicure with a whirlpool foot soak or just come by to add a new color to your nails.

Puttshack

This is mini-golf like you’ve never experienced before, and you don’t even have to keep track of the points. At Puttshack you play for the most points rather than the least on fun courses that incorporate flashings lights and moving props. Make sure you look out for bonus points on each green and grab yourself a drink to enjoy while you putt away.

City Grows

Pick up beautiful plants and gorgeous blooms from this organic garden and gift shop. You can grab a plant that’s already been potted or pick up supplies to plant your own little friend at home. Besides greenery, the store features a unique selection of cut flowers and locally crafted gift items.

Novo Asian Food Hall

Officially open March 1, Novo Asian Food Hall is a new eatery owned and operated by the same owners as Everyday Noodles and Mola Sushi. The restaurant will feature seven stalls featuring different Pittsburgh restauranteurs. Dining options range from sushi, bubble tea, Thai, Chinese, and Cantonese dishes and includes a bar.

Shake Shack

In 2024, the famous burger and shake restaurant will open their doors in The Terminal as the first location near Pittsburgh. Look forward to an abundance of crispy french fries, juicy burgers and dogs, and creamy shakes made with top notch ice cream.
