Green Eggs

Description

Sure to put a smile on everyone’s face!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 medium eggs
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups baby spinach, packed
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar


Instructions

  1. Blend eggs, spices, and spinach.
  2. Pour into a parchment-lined 8 x 8 baking pan and add the shredded cheddar.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees until set and lightly browned on top.
  4. Cool and slice into 8 triangles.
