How to Use Cucumber in a Cocktail

Cucumber can add a refreshing and herbaceous flavor to many different cocktail recipes. It can be muddled with other ingredients to release its juices and create a flavorful base. Or, used simply as a garnish, adding a touch of elegance and freshness to the drink. There’s also the subtle option of cucumber-infused simple syrup which you can make at home with just cucumbers, water, and sugar. But if you’re looking for a fuller cucumber taste, cucumber-flavored vodka or gin works well as a base spirit.
