In a silly, goofy mood? Try a bright pink strawberry daiquiri. Want to examine the human condition? The tart, no-sugar-added Hemingway Daiquiri is the right option. Or maybe you want to vibrate at a higher frequency than the people around you. In that case, an overproof daiquiri with Jamaican rum is what you want. The mercurial moods of most Geminis will create openings for all of the above at one time or other. Keep the bar cart well stocked.
Daiquiri Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Maggie’s Farm White Rum
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Lime wheel
Ice for shaking
INSTRUCTIONS
- Build all ingredients in a cocktail tin, top with ice, and shake.
- Double strain with Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
