BYO Snacks to the Era’s Tour Movie

Headed to Taylor Swift: The Era’s Tour? Don’t pay inflated prices for a small box of M&Ms. Instead, invest in a few quality ingredients and give yourself a variety of better flavor options by making your own movie snacks. Still feeling the urge to splurge on that buttery theater popcorn? We not only have some ideas to upgrade that snacking experience, we also have some special recipes that remind us of Tay Tay herself!

Chai Snickerdoodles

One of Taylor’s favorite treats to make is Chai Sugar Cookies. So here’s our take on that warm spice with Chai Snickerdoodles. The taste of these cookies combines sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and ginger into one flavorful bite. Not to mention, they’re small enough to fit in your purse.

Chili-Lime Popcorn

It’s impossible to pass on freshly popped movie theater popcorn, but you can add a bit of zest to this must-have. Mix together your own selection of spices, similar to Tajin seasoning, to sprinkle on top and add some extra goodness to this snack staple.

Ever’s (Banana) Muffins

You can’t go wrong with a moist muffin, especially when combined with a tasty slice of banana. These treats have no refined sugar, wheat, oil, gluten, or dairy (other than eggs) and are ready in 30 minutes for a perfect last-minute addition.

Fennel and Coriander Cashews

These earthy, nutty, crunchy cashews can easily be tossed into a plastic baggie and put in your pocket for a bite on the go. They’re roasted with fresh herbs that give the nuts a new salty flavor profile. Plus, they can be prepared in advance and stored for up to two days in an airtight container.

Gluten-Free Earl Grey Shortbread Cookies

a cup of tea and some cookies on a table.

Taylor’s albums folklore and evermore are perfect for enjoying a cup of warm Earl Grey tea on a cold day. Take that experience and bundle it up into a cookie that’s also gluten-free. These shortbread cookies are sturdy and made with crushed Earl Grey tea leaves.
