Best Tropical Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
For the smoothie:
5.3 ounce container of a skyr or Greek yogurt berry flavor (we used Painterland Sisters Meadow Berry Organic Skyr Yogurt)
1 packet Pitaya Foods – Organic Dragon Fruit Smoothie Pack
1 scoop Vital Protein Collagen Peptides
1/2 cup oat milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 banana, fresh or frozen
For the garnish:
Dark Chocolate Chia Granola
Goji berries
Chia seeds
Fresh fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add to a bowl and garnish with granola, chia seeds, goji berries, and fresh fruit!
