The Porch Rocker Summer Spritz

This summer spritz cocktail recipe comes to us from Hyeholde, a charming fine dining restaurant located in a historic country house just outside of Pittsburgh. Chef-owner Chris O’Brien and mixologist Dan Ball can be relied upon to provide a dazzling dining experience. Take Hyeholde’s deliciousness home with you with this summer spritz.

About Hyeholde

Hyeholde was built in 1931 as a summer estate for couple William and Clara Kryskill. William promised Clara he would build her a castle on a cornfield crest, and that became Hyeholde. They served guests for 36 years on the property. With Chris O’Brien now at the helm, you can be sure of a chef-driven menu and a fine dining experience. Hyeholde’s menu focuses on seasonality, so this spritz uses refreshing flavors that go beyond Aperol or Campari and instead draw on the rustic, continental feeling that Hyeholde evokes.
