Sweet Potato Stacks
Description
Shake things up from your usual baked sweet potatoes.
Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes, roughly the same size
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½-inch circles; you may have to trim them so they fit into your muffin tin.
- Mix together cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, butter, and salt then drizzle over the stacked potatoes.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
