Feeling like a toast? Have sip of something sassy like this crisp, fall-flavored Bellini.
Ingredients
- 4 oz brut / dry sparkling wine
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz pear cider (or substitute apple cider)
- Sugar (for rim of the glass)
- Pear and blackberry for garnish
Instructions
- Rim flute with sugar, and combine ingredients, with the bubbles last, to lift up the effervescence of your cider and juniper in the gin.
- Garnish with blackberry and a pear slice.
