Quelcy is a multi-passionate creative who works as a food and prop stylist, event designer, blogger, photographer, and dog-cuddler. Quelcy released her first cookbook, The Gluten-Free Grains Cookbook, with Page Street Publishing in April 2019. She lives in Polish Hill with her adorable dog, Julep.
