I-25 Commute Martini

Ingredients
2 oz dry gin
1 oz Aristology Red Vermouth
Lemon twist

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin and vermouth. Stir well, about 30 seconds, then strain into a martini glass.
2. Garnish with lemon twist and serve.
