Meyer Lemon Smash Cocktail

Blackberry Farm in Tennessee creates a puckering Meyer Lemon Smash Cocktail that uses essential pours from their Whiskey Room. This vibrant drink combines the tart sweetness of Meyer lemons with the crispness of mint and a shot of bourbon. Perfect for a summer gathering or a relaxing evening at home, the Meyer Lemon Smash promises not to leave you with a sour impression.

What is a Meyer Lemon?

Meyer lemons are a hybrid citrus fruit that offer a unique combination of sweet and tart flavors. They are smaller and rounder than traditional lemons, with a vibrant yellow-orange rind. The flesh of a Meyer lemon is typically sweeter and juicier than that of a regular lemon. They’re often a popular choice for adding a touch of extra brightness to various dishes and beverages.
