A play on a classic cocktail.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • .75 oz Aperol
  • .25 oz Fernet Branca
  • Orange peel for garnish


Instructions

  1. Add sweet vermouth, Aperol, and Fernet Branca into mixing glass. Stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube.
