Description
Green marshmallow-coated popcorn tossed with pretzel sticks and candy eyes, or shaped into mini monster popcorn balls. A sticky, silly Halloween treat kids can make.
Ingredients

- 10 cups popped popcorn (we used Skinny Pop Original)
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 (16 oz) package marshmallows
- 4–6 drops green food coloring
- 1 cup broken pretzel sticks
- 30 candy eyeballs (plus more to apply after monsters are formed)
- Nonstick cooking spray, for the bowl and your hands
Instructions
- Pour the popcorn and pretzels into a mixing bowl sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, and gently toss to mix them together.
- In a saucepan over a medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together, stirring frequently.
- Stir in marshmallows until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in green food coloring until evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture over popcorn and pretzels and stir until evenly coated.
- Add in candy eyeballs.
