Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups Irish whiskey
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp instant coffee grounds
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Combine Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee grounds, and chocolate syrup in a blender. This should take about a minute on medium speed.
- Add in heavy whipping cream and blend on low speed for about 30 seconds or until just combined. Do not mix too fast/long or the air will cause the mixture to bubble and foam from the heavy whipping cream.
- Serve in a glass with ice and whipped cream on top.
- Store extra Irish Cream in a bottle or airtight container (like a mason jar) for 1-2 months.
