- 12 oz fresh pizza dough
- 6 oz pepperoni
- 9 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 oz cooked mushrooms, sliced
- 3 oz fresh spinach
Instructions
- Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare dough: Divide pizza dough into three 4-ounce portions. Roll each portion into a 4-inch square.
- Create filling: Combine spinach, mushrooms, and cheese in a bowl. Divide into three equal portions.
- Assemble: Place a portion of the filling in the center of each dough square. Top with pepperoni.
- Seal: Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket. Pinch the edges together to seal.
- Bake: Place the pizza pockets on a greased baking sheet. Cut three slits in the top of each pocket. Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is heated through.
- Serve: Accompany your Hot Pockets with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
