A tangy addition to the spice from the chili ribs.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/ea lime zest/juice
- 1 tbsp coriander, crushed
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper, ground
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6–8oz cheddar, aged (use your favorite sharp cheddar)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 2-3 hours
