A healthy start full of chia and flax seeds.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Fresh raspberries for serving
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except berries. Sit overnight in a refrigerator until thick.
- To serve, layer ½ cup chia oat mixture in a glass, 5 raspberries, ¼ cup chia oat mixture and 5 more raspberries.
