Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder (or less, to taste)
Instructions
- Drain artichokes and squeeze in the palm of your hand.
- Mash with fingers and mix in remaining ingredients.
- Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite bread or crackers (we like Triscuits).
