Paloma, A Cocktail for Aquarius

Description

A simple but fulfilling cocktail to match Aquarius.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz El Tosoro Blanco
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • .50 oz lime juice
  • .50 oz simple syrup
  • Top with soda water and ice
  • Grapefruit halfwheel
  • 1 by 1 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Build tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail tin, add ice and shake.

  2. Strain into a Collins glass and top with 1-2 ounces of soda water and ice.

  3. Garnish with a grapefruit half wheel, sprinkle of kosher sea salt, and whatever other esoteric thing you can find. Paper umbrella? Tiny action figure? Origami crane? Embrace your whimsy, Aquarius.
