Ingredients

- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Aperol
- .75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- .25 oz simple syrup
- Champagne style cider
Instructions
- Add bourbon, Aperol, lemon juice, and simple syrup to shaking tin with ice
- Shake and strain into a glass of your choice.
- Top with cider.
