Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • .75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • .25 oz simple syrup
  • Champagne style cider

Instructions

  1. Add bourbon, Aperol, lemon juice, and simple syrup to shaking tin with ice
  2. Shake and strain into a glass of your choice.
  3. Top with cider.
