Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 oz cognac
- ½ oz cinnamon simple syrup
- 1 large spoonful of apple butter
For the cinnamon simple syrup:
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker until a frost forms.
- Pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a toasted cinnamon stick.
For the cinnamon simple syrup:
- Dissolve sugar into water over a medium heat.
- Remove from heat and add cinnamon sticks.
- Cover and let infuse for 6 hours.
- Stain and pour into a jar with a lid. Store sealed in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
