Vermouth, mezcal, and campari combine in a delicious Negroni variation.

- 1 oz Casamigos Mezcal
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Garnish: Grapefruit Twist
- Finishing Salt
Instructions
- Add liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Add all the liquid ingredients to a mixing glass that is filled with ice and stir with ice.
- Strain the liquid into a rocks glass that has a large square ice cube.
- Twist a grapefruit peel over the cocktail to release the citrus oils into the cocktail and garnish with the twist, then add a tiny pinch of salt to open up the flavors.
