A teaspoon of hot honey warms the soul… and the bourbon helps too!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 ¼ tsp Mike’s Hot Honey
- 4 dashes of orange bitters
- Orange twist and a Thai chli pepper for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add bourbon, hot honey and bitters to the glass and stir for 45 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish and enjoy.
