Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 6 diced Cubanelle peppers
- 1 diced yellow bell pepper
- ¼ cup minced Vidalia onion
- 2 tbsp ground white pepper
- 2 tbsp lime zest
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate in the fridge overnight.
- For more heat, add a chopped jalapeño or two.
