Ham, Bacon, and Cheddar Breakfast Pastry Puffs

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets puff pastry (3 inches each)
  • 4 slices cooked ham (2 oz each)
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 beaten egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 450°F (230°C).
  2. Assemble: Place a puff pastry square on a baking sheet. Top with a slice of cheddar, followed by a layer of ham and bacon.
  3. Seal: Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash. Fold the pastry into a triangle, pressing down firmly to seal.
  4. Brush: Brush the top of the strudel with the remaining egg wash.
  5. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
