- 4 sheets puff pastry (3 inches each)
- 4 slices cooked ham (2 oz each)
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 beaten egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven: 450°F (230°C).
- Assemble: Place a puff pastry square on a baking sheet. Top with a slice of cheddar, followed by a layer of ham and bacon.
- Seal: Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash. Fold the pastry into a triangle, pressing down firmly to seal.
- Brush: Brush the top of the strudel with the remaining egg wash.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
