Truly a beast of a burger with four different meats.

- 8 slices raw bacon
- 12 oz ground beef
- 12 oz ground turkey
- 12 oz ground pork
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Start by chopping bacon into 1/8-inch pieces.
- Add to a mixing bowl, then add remaining meats and spices and combine using your hands while trying not to squeeze the meat too much (rather, try to lightly mix to combine).
- Allow meat mixture to sit in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and divide mixture into 5 equal portions and form into patties.
- Cook patties on grill by first pre-heating the grill to 400 degrees and coating grates with oil or cooking spray.
- Place burgers on grill and allow to cook for 3 minutes, then turn over and cook an additional 4 minutes.
- Make sure burgers reach internal temperature of 165 degrees. Top with shredded sharp cheddar and serve with your favorite condiments.
