This dessert will blow your expectations for Girl Scout Cookies in an elevated fashion.
Ingredients

- 1 box instant chocolate pudding, per box directions
- Homemade peanut butter mousse (recipe below)
- Store-bought brownies, crumbled
- 1 box Tagalongs® Girl Scout Cookies
- 3 store-bought vanilla cupcakes, crumbled up and tinted with green food coloring
For the homemade peanut butter mousse:
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large trifle dish, layer the chocolate pudding, peanut butter mousse, brownie crumbles, and Tagalong cookies in layers.
- Once the trifle dish is layered to the top, garnish with the green “moss” cake crumbles.
- This can be garnished with gummy worms, edible flowers, or rock candy. Have some fun with it! We chose to make edible white chocolate mushrooms using silicone molds we found on Etsy.
For the homemade peanut butter mousse:
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and combined. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- In thirds, gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
