A French 75 with a different liqueur base.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ oz Boulard Calvados
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz honey syrup*
- Jean Vesselle Champagne Brut Reserve N.V., to top
- Lemon peel
Instructions
1. Add the Calvados, lemon, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
2. Strain into a flute and top with the Champagne.
3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
4. Enjoy your Barn 75 cocktail!
*To make the honey syrup, combine 2 parts honey to 1 part hot water.
