Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch Lacinto kale (also known as Tuscan kale), roughly chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 15 oz can of Cannellini beans
- 2 cups Maria Rosa sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the kale briefly, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Once wilted, remove from heat.
- In another pan, heat approximately two cups of Maria Rosa sauce, adding cannellini beans.
- Simmer lightly, then top with the wilted kale. Stir and remove from heat. Top with cheese of your choice before serving with slices of crusty bread.
