A low-cal cocktail with Mediterranean flair.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 oz of Aperol
- 1 oz of gin
- 1 oz of lemon juice
- .25 oz honey syrup
- Aquafaba for foam
Instructions
- Add Aperol, gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and aquafaba to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice
- Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Strain into coupe glass and garnish with orange.
