A low-cal cocktail with Mediterranean flair.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz of Aperol
  • 1 oz of gin
  • 1 oz of lemon juice
  • .25 oz honey syrup
  • Aquafaba for foam


Instructions

  1. Add Aperol, gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and aquafaba to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice
  2. Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds, until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with orange.
