This bright and refreshing drink combines Boyd & Blair vodka, strawberry puree, and lemon juice, shaken with ice and topped with bubbly Prosecco. Smooth and fruit‑forward, it highlights the pure “hearts” of the vodka for a clean, elegant flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Boyd & Blair vodka
  • 1 oz strawberry puree
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Mix Boyd & Blair, strawberry puree, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco.
