A popsicle treat and a beverage all in one!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz vanilla bean reduction (1:1)
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- 2–3 oz Coconut La Croix
- 1 each Almond Milk Matcha Latte Popsicle (or other matcha popsicle)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients – absent of soda water – in cocktail tin.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into rocks glass with Coconut La Croix. Carefully place Popsicle into Glass.
