Take yourself to the beach with this mocktail!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • .5 oz turbinado sugar reduction (1 cup turbinado sugar:1 cup water)
  • .5 oz fresh pink lemon juice (regular lemon works too)
  • 23 oz Topo Chico
  • 45 Fresno chili and pink Himalayan sea salt compressed watermelon ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients – absent of Topo Chico and watermelon cubes – in cocktail tin.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into collins glass with Topo Chico. Carefully place ice cubes into Glass.
