Stitch in Thyme

I can’t think of a more simple, yet decadent side dish! The combination of crisp-roasted, creamy-textured Yukon gold potatoes, drizzled with truffle oil and sprinkled with coarse sea salt is a combination to crave!

  • 2 oz Boyd & Blair infused with French thyme & rosemary*
  • 1 oz Strawberry simple syrup*
  • ¾ oz Cocchi Americano**
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes of aromatic lime bitters**
  • 1 dash of yuzu juice**

Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve up, garnished with a sprig of chocolate mint.

*Infused Boyd & Blair
Place two sprigs of rosemary and two handfuls of French thyme in one bottle of Boyd and Blair. Infuse for 5 to 7 days then strain.

*Strawberry Simple Syrup
Combine one cup strawberries, one cup sugar, and one cup water in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Cool, cover and store in the refrigerator.

**Cocchi Americano, an aramotic white wine apertif, is available by special order through local PLCB stores. (for a similar, yet slightly less bitter substitute, you could use Lillet Blanc, available at all PLCB stores)

**Yuzu juice can be bought at most Asian markets.
