Fresh Dill Dip

This is incredible when the fresh dill is in season
Serves: 6

1 cup mayonnaise, light
1 1/2 cups sour cream, light
1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
1 TABLEspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon beau monde (or 1/2 teaspoon celery salt)
3 TABLEspoons fresh dill weed, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill.

Serve with rye bread and fresh veggies.
