The Allegheny Front and The Crested Duck Charcuterie presented a cool Green Gathering at Pittsburgh Public Market, introducing unique concepts for cocktail parties. We love this recipe for Gingerberry Gin. And the folks at WYEP even put together a playlist to listen to while you make it!

Gingerberry Gin

8-10 Cranberries

2 ginger root, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 ounce lemon juice

1 1/2 ounce gin

1 1/2 ounce apple liqueur

Muddle cranberries, ginger, and salt, then top off the glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, add the remaining ingredients with ice, and shake thoroughly. Strain into your glass, and enjoy!
